Studio Terms

Provide frequent project updates and requested revisions in a timely manner. Complete the project to the best of our ability and provide files that support you and your project.


Provide all required copy, imagery, and/or information. Give timely feedback and/or required edits. Ultimately responsible for proofing final projects for accuracy and correctness.


Should the Client request major revisions or that the project be ‘restarted’ or made again, the Studio will submit a new proposal with additional fees that must be approved before doing so.


Approval of an estimate and a non-refundable deposit is required to secure a project slot.

Project remainder cost is due in full upon Client’s receipt of final project handoff or conclusion of follow-up support. Additional work required outside of the scope of this project will be subject to an additional flat or hourly fee.

Project cancellation will result in Client being billed for work completed thus far at the Studio’s discretion; if no work beyond the value of the deposit has proceeded then no further payment is due. If (21) consecutive days have passed without Client actionable steps, the Studio will assume the project has been canceled and will invoice for work completed.

Any invoices open past (21) days will incur a 10% late fee. For every additional (21) days, another 10% will be added.

All checks should be made out to Pixetal, LLC. PayPal and Stripe are also accepted!


Unless otherwise requested by the Client, or in the case of an NDA, all complete and in process work is subject to be shared in the Studio’s portfolio or social media accounts.
